PURPOSE: A storage container for liquefied natural gas is provided to efficiently store and supply pressurized liquefied natural gas to a required place. CONSTITUTION: A storage container for liquefied natural gas comprises an inner shell (110), an outer shell (120), an insulation layer (140), a reinforced plastic (150), multiple extensions (1310), a sealing unit (1330), and a support member (1350). The inner shell stores liquefied natural gas therein. The outer shell surrounds the outer side of the inner shell to form the space (115) between the outer and inner shells. The insulation layer is installed in the space between the outer and inner shells and reduces the transfer of heat. The reinforced plastic touches the inner and outer shells to support the inner shell. The extensions are extended from the lower cover (170) of the outer shell to the outside. The sealing unit seals the extensions. The support member controls the upward displacement of the inner shell by connecting the inner shell and the sealing unit through the extensions.
