PURPOSE: Photocurable resin composition with high refractiveness, low haze, and a little contraction is provided to produce a prism sheet with excellent surface hardness and high elasticity. CONSTITUTION: Photocurable resin composition comprises the compound referred to by the following chemical formula 1, a (meth)acrylate monomer and photopolymerization initiator. Herein X1, X2, X3, and X4 refer to H, CH3, or OH respectively. Y1 and Y2 refer to H or CH3 respectively. Z1 and Z2 refer to O or S respectively. R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, and R6 refer to hydrogen, halogen, an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, or an alkoxy group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms. n and m are integers between 0 and 4, and the sum of n and m is equal to or greater than 4. The weight average molecular weight of the compound is 300 to 2,000.
