PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device that can suppress bleeding of an ink image on a recording medium and enhancing efficiency of transfer from an image carrier to a recording medium, in the inkjet recording device using the image carrier.SOLUTION: The inkjet recording device includes: the image carrier 1 formed of a first member 12a which is reversibly changed from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity and is swelled and contracted by infiltration and oozing of moisture and a second member 12b which is not deformed by moisture on the surface; an ink delivering head; a transfer roller; and a heating roller. When an image is formed by means of the ink delivering head, the first member 12a is made hydrophilic and the moisture 81 in the ink 8 is infiltrated into the first member 12a to swell the first member 12a and, meanwhile, when an image is transferred from the image carrier 1 to the recording medium 7, the first member 12a is changed from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity by heating by means of the heating roller and the moisture is oozed from the first member 12a and the first member 12a is contracted to reduce adhesion force of the ink for the image carrier 1. |
