PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting base plate capable of stably placing supporting members for supporting corners of a solar cell module to stack the solar cell module in multiple stages in a horizontal state without a lateral displacement.SOLUTION: A supporting base plate places supporting members for supporting corners of a solar cell module to stack the solar cell module in a horizontal state. Receiving members 8 in which fitting protrusions 82 fitted into fitting recesses formed on the lower surfaces of the supporting members are formed are arranged at four corners of an upper surface of the supporting base plate. An outer peripheral surface at the upper part of the fitting protrusion 82 of the receiving member 8 is formed as a slope 82a gradually expanded and opened from the upper part side toward the upper surface side of the supporting base plate 1, and the outer peripheral surface at the lower part is formed as a vertical surface 82b continuous from the slope 82a.
