PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit that determines the necessity of a PLL circuit operation when recovering from a stop or pause state so as to achieve a further reduction of power consumption.SOLUTION: A recovery detection&selection circuit 2 determines on the basis of a recovery factor whether to turn a power supply and oscillation EN of a PLL circuit 3 to ON; and when determining not to turn the power supply and oscillation EN of the PLL circuit 3 to ON, it operates a function block 5 and CPU 6 with a reference clock signal. |
