PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature detection unit which achieves a highly reliable installation by rotation even when a clearance between an inner coil and an outer coil is narrow.SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker comprises a temperature detection element holding base 6 having a substantially rectangular shape with one corner 6a cut off which is positioned nearest to a heating coil 2 among corners when the temperature detection element holding base 6 is positioned at an initial position A. By doing this, when a temperature detection unit 1 is rotated from the initial position A to an installation position B, the temperature detection element holding base 6 and the heating coil 2 do not interfere with each other. Accordingly, because a distance between the temperature element holding base 6 and the heating coil 2 can be reduced and a restriction to a distance between an inner coil 2a and an outer coil 2b is eased, design of a coil having intended characteristics is made easy. |
