PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed control circuit for comparing a feedback signal with an input signal at high speed even when the feedback signal from a control object is minute.SOLUTION: A high speed control circuit includes: an inversion amplifier 3 in which an input signal for instructing a control level of a control object is input; a non-inversion amplifier 4 in which the input signal is input; a first resistor 5 which is serially connected to output of the inversion amplifier; a second resistor 6 which is serially connected to output of the non-inversion amplifier, and has a resistance value slightly different from a resistance value of the first resistor; an actual control amount monitor circuit 7 which outputs a minute feedback signal obtained by monitoring an actual control amount of the control object; and a comparator circuit 8 which controls the control object according to a comparison result between voltage generated by imbalance of a minute signal generated by difference between the resistance value of the first resistor and the resistance value of the second resistor and the minute feedback signal from the actual control amount monitor circuit and predetermined voltage.
