PURPOSE: A door outside handle cover loss prevention link structure for a vehicle is provided to connect a door outside handle cover to a door outside handle cover connection unit while maintaining a predetermined interval. CONSTITUTION: A door outside handle cover loss prevention link structure for a vehicle comprises a handle cover connection unit (200), a door outside handle cover (300), and a link unit (700). The handle cover connection unit is formed on one side of a door outside handle of the vehicle. The handle cover connection unit comprises a door lock assembly (250) and a second link connection unit. The door outside handle cover is detachably inserted into the front surface of the door outside handle cover connection unit. The door outside handle cover comprises a first link connection unit (310) on the rear surface. The link unit comprises a first link and a second link (400). One end of the second link is rotatably installed on the second link connection unit. The other end of the second link is rotatably connected to one end of the first link by a hinge pin. The other end of the first link is rotatably installed in the first link connection unit.
