CHUTE FOR CHARGING STEEL SCRAP

PURPOSE: A scrap iron charging chute is provided to guide flame and dust generated while charging scrap iron to a dust collector to prevent leaking outwards, thereby improving dust collection performance. CONSTITUTION: A scrap iron charging chute includes a chute body (10) and a dust blocking unit (20). The chute body which has a cuboid shape with an open top receives scrap iron to charge to a fore hearth. The dust blocking unit which is installed at the outlet located at the front of the chute body and capable of rotating opens the outlet due to the falling weight of scrap iron while scrap iron is charged and closes the outlet by rotating due to the weight after finishing charging scrap iron.
