PURPOSE: An electronic stamp is provided to conveniently touch a capacitive touch screen, thereby inputting predetermined information to a stamp. CONSTITUTION: A code output unit (40) induces capacitance change through touch or an approach for a touch screen and inputs a predetermined code to a mobile communication terminal. A control unit (30) sets the code in the code output unit. A sensing unit (60) senses capacitance corresponding to touch for the touch screen of the code output unit. A seal confirmation unit (32) determines a seal for the touch screen by comparing sensing data with the code. The code output unit is composed of insulated conductors of a matrix type. The control unit sets the code by controlling connection with ground ends of the conductors or the control unit.
