PURPOSE: A vulcanizing mold for a tire and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the abrasion and the heat transfer between a side mold and a tread mold and to obtain an optimal quality of the tire through vulcanizing the tire at the different temperature by part. CONSTITUTION: A vulcanizing mold (100) for a tire comprises a tread mold (110) and side molds (121,122). The side molds contact with the tread mold. The tread mold includes an anodic oxide film and a silicon resin layer. The anodic oxide film is formed in a contacting unit contacting with the side mold. The silicon resin layer is formed on the anodic oxide film.
