<p>PURPOSE: A passivation composition of the light emitting display and a method of forming protective layer of the light emitting device by using the same are provided to effectively prevent the transmission of the oxygen and moisture and the penetration of the oxygen and moisture to the side. CONSTITUTION: A passivation composition of the light emitting device comprises a diatomic material of oxide or nitride; and an insertion material having the size within the lattice constant of the diatomic material and being inserted between the atoms of the diatomic material. The diatomic material includes one among SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2, MgO, SnO2, ZnO and Li3N. The insertion material includes Zn or Mg.</p> |
