PURPOSE: A spindle motor is provided to prevent a rotation slip and a vibration of a turn table by combining a torque improvement member for improving the rotation torque of the turn table and the combination force of the turn table. CONSTITUTION: A spindle motor (100) includes a rotation axis (10), a turn table (20), a torque improvement member (40), and a center corn (30). The rotation axis is rotatably fixed by a bearing assembly (50). The bearing assembly is combined with a stator (60) and the rotation axis is combined with a rotor (70). The bearing assembly includes a bearing housing (52) and a bearing (54). The rotation axis is rotated by the operation of the rotor and the stator and the turn table is combined with the rotation axis. The turn table is pressed in the rotation axis and a bottom surface of the turn table is placed on a yoke top plate (72) of a yoke (75). After the pressing, the center corn for arranging the rotation center of an optical disk on the rotation center of the rotation axis is inserted. The torque improvement member is combined with the rotation axis. The torque improvement member is fixed between the yoke and the torque improvement member. |
