PURPOSE: A spindle motor is provided to supply a circulation flow path for circulating operation fluid in a thrust plate, to reduce fluid friction resistance, and to improve the operation efficiency of the motor. CONSTITUTION: The spindle motor includes a shaft forming the rotation center, a sleeve rotatably supporting the shaft, and a thrust plate combined with the shaft. One or more circulation flow paths are formed to circulate operation fluid in a lower direction of an axis direction. The thrust plate includes a first sheet (41) including a pattern hole (44), a second sheet (42) combined in an axis direction of the first sheet, and a third sheet (43) including a circulation hole (46) connected with the pattern hole to open the circulation hole.
