<p>A well completion system includes a wellhead 10, a control line assembly 24 for use in completions that is mounted to the wellhead 10, and a tubing hanger 64. The control line 24 assembly includes a cylinder 40, a main housing assembly 134, a penetrating stem 42 having a metal-toÂ-metal seal 130 on the end of wave-like nose profile 61. A split lockout ring 106 provides a positive lock to the passage. Control lines enter the tubing hanger 64 and exit via the wellhead. This arrangement on the wellhead provides sufficient height and clearance to allow for the installation of a plurality of control lines.</p> |
