PURPOSE: A data processing unit of multiple carrier system and a data processing method thereof are provided to reduce a processing time required to the implementation of Fourier algorithm about a received signal. CONSTITUTION: A data storing memory (120) stores the data received from multiple users. A data selector (130) selects the received data of a data storing memory with reference to an information about a sequence of processing data. A parallel IDFT (Inverse Discrete Fourier Transform) processing unit (140) performs an IDFT conversion by receiving data selected in a data selection part successively. A data processor (160) rearranges the data which are successively outputted from a parallel IDFT processing unit into multiple user units with reference to a processing sequence information and a timing information. A hardware controller (180) produces a processing sequence information and a timing information with reference to an information about multiple users.
