PURPOSE: Glass frame parts and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove strength or coating defects on the surface of a glass frame. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a glass frame comprises following steps. A bar(10) with a constant cross-section and length is prepared. One end of the bar is rolled, and a flat part(11) is formed. The flat part is cut. The cut flat part is processed. The rest part of the bar except for the flat par is properly processed to the shape of a glass frame component. The cross section of the bar is circular. The thickness of the bar gradually increases in a longitudinal direction. |
