PURPOSE: A thermal steaming bag of the hygienic food which is integrally packed with a heating member is provided to hygienically heat the food without the water. CONSTITUTION: A thermal steaming bag of the hygienic food which is integrally packed with a heating member comprises a heating bag (20), a water bag (30), a sanitary packaging paper (40). The heating bag includes a heating member (22). The water bag stores the water. The sanitary packaging paper stores the food (42). The heating member pulls out from the heating bag and re-puts inside the thermal steaming bag. The water bag inside the thermal steaming bag receives the power to burst the water bag for meeting the water and the heating member inside the thermal steaming bag. The heating member absorbs the water and generates the steam.
