PURPOSE: A system is provided to enable the control of a display region on a web page by block using scroll movement. CONSTITUTION: A system comprises a display unit, an input unit, and a control unit. First, the system displays first content on a web page (S310). While providing the web page, the system continuously determines whether any scroll event is detected at an arbitrary point within in the display region of the web page (S320). If a scroll event is detected, the system checks if the event is for content conversion (S330). If the event is for content conversion, the system provides second content in a new display region of the web page. When a user generates a scroll event, the first content and the second content are displayed together in each display region.
