A plurality of support unit connection holes is formed on the support unit, and an upper end and a lower end of the support unit are fixed to the bottom of the top layer and the bottom layer of a building. An elastic angle upper connection hole and an elastic angle lower connection hole are individually formed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the elastic angle. The elastic angle upper connection hole and the elastic angle lower connection hole are individually connected to the stair block connection hole and the support unit connection hole with a bolt and a nut. The elastic angle absorbs vibration so that earthquake resistant performance is improved.
