PURPOSE: A rotary magnetizer for increasing underwater oxygen is provided to enrich oxygen in drinks and water based on a whirlpool action caused by a rotary blade formed at the end of a magnet and a rotary rod. CONSTITUTION: A rotary magnetizer for increasing underwater oxygen includes a rotor (30) in which a rotary motor, a battery (B), a pressing switch (36) are embedded. A lid (20) fits in a fitting part of the rotor which is formed at the bottom of the rotor. A fitting groove (42) is formed at the upper side of a rotary rod (40) with a rotary blade and is separated into two parts. The fitting groove fits in a motor shaft (34). A container (10) is combined with the bottom of the lid. An inserting hole (12) is attached to the inner bottom of the container, and a magnet (14) is inserted into the inserting hole. A sprout (16) is formed at one upper peripheral of the container. A handle (18) is formed at one outer side of the container.
