PURPOSE: A raw material charging device is provided to prevent the damage of a screen mat even when high temperature materials are supplied to a blast furnace by including a distributor which sprinkles raw materials inside the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: A raw material charging device comprises a blast furnace bin (100), a blast furnace bin gate (200), a screen device and a distributor (400). The blast furnace bin gate is installed in the blast furnace bin and controls the quantity of raw materials discharged outside from the blast furnace bin. The screen device comprises a screen mat which selects raw materials supplied to the blast furnace bin depending on particle sizes. The distributor is adjacent to the blast furnace bin gate and sprinkles the raw materials inside the blast furnace bin.
