PURPOSE: A duty control method for preventing motor failure is provided to prevent damage of a motor, by outputting a duty control value as a value for motor driving control. CONSTITUTION: Count is performed by using a count signal (S3). A duty control value is generated (S5). The duty control value corresponds to the result of executing the count. Phases of the duty control value and a motor speed value are compared (S7). The phase of the duty control value is changed to be equal to the phase of the motor speed value.
