PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a horn gear where a limit pin is formed to prevent a gear tooth from being worn out and the horn gear which is formed thereby are provided to improve the lifetime of a product and to prevent an outer output gear connected to an inner input gear from spinning when the horn gear rotates. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a horn gear where a limit pin is formed comprises the steps of: forming an inner input gear in a round shape through a computerized numerical control (CNC) shelf (2); forming a first limit pin groove in a vertical direction on one side of an upper groove of an input shaft of the inner input gear; forming an outer output gear in a cylindrical shape of an integrated 'T' shape; forming a second limit pin groove in a vertical direction on one side of an outer edge of a latching connecting unit; connecting the inner input gear and the outer output gear fixing; fixing a bearing unit comprising a first bearing and a second bearing; and injection molding an aluminum alloy containing a 85-92 wt% of aluminum, 3-7 wt% of Zn, 1.5-4 wt% of Mg, 1.5-3 wt% of Cu, 0.1-0.5 wt% of Fe, 0.1-0.5 wt% of Cr, 0.05-0.5 wt% of Si, 0.05-0.5 wt% of Sc, and 0.01-0.1 wt% of Mn which is manufactured in a main process with the purity of 99.9% by an injection pressure (Mpa) of 70, an injection velocity (m/s) of 0.5, and at 250 deg.
