SOLID FUEL USING RICE HULL AND DYEING SLUDGE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Solid fuel using rice hull charcoal and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to solve environmental pollution problems due to reclaiming of dyeing sludge and ocean dumping by using dyeing sludge as fuel and easily produce solid fuel having a high calorie at low cost as the calorie of dyeing sludge increases due to the rice hull charcoal and tar. CONSTITUTION: Solid fuel comprises 30-70 weight% of dyeing sludge, 20-60 weight% of rice hull charcoal and 5-15 weight% of tar to be molded in a pellet shape. A manufacturing method of solid fuel comprises the following steps. A step of carbonizing rice hulls (S100) by thermally decomposing the rice hulls at a high temperature; an unleaded step of complete combustion (S300) by supplying exhausted synthetic gas to the unleaded brazier; a step of mixing raw material (S400) which stirs the rice hull charcoal, dyeing sludge, and tar; a step (S500) of forming pellet of the mixing material; and a step of drying (S600) which produces solid fuel by injecting the molded pellet to the dryer that is provided with hot air ejected from the unleaded brazier.
