PURPOSE: A piston pinhole finishing machine in which a tilting device mounting a boring bar is rotated by the back and forth movement of a spindle is provided to rotate a boring bar in an ellipse with a spindle, thereby forming a pinhole into an elliptical and a profile shape. CONSTITUTION: A clamp unit(110) fixes a piston(200). A boring bar(120) is inserted into the bore of a pinhole of the fixed piston. The boring bar finishes the bore. The boring bar is mounted on a tilting device(130). A spindle(140) rotates the tilting device by moving back and forth. A body(150) externally covers the tilting device and the spindle. A rotating unit(160) rotates the body. A back and forth driving unit(170) moves the body back and forth. |
