PURPOSE: An apparatus for blocking the water leakage of a water purifier is provided to automatically stop supplying water in case of the occurrence of the water leakage of the water purifier and to rapidly transmit water leakage informing signals to users with sound. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for blocking the water leakage of a water purifier includes a main body(20), an expanding member, an elevating member(80), a spring(60), a ball valve(40), an opening lever, a moving guide(50), and a cover(100). The main body includes a receiving part. The main body includes a first tube penetrating hole(24), a leaked water introducing hole(25), and a second tube penetrating hole(26). The expanding member and the elevating member are successively inserted into an expanding member receiving part(23). One end part of the spring is fixed to the upper side of a spring stand(22). Another end part of the spring is hooked to the spring hooking groove of the expanding member receiving part. The ball valve is arranged in the main body and includes the opening lever. An opening level rotary guide rotates the opening lever in case of rotating the spring and blocks the valve. |
