PURPOSE: Spherical tungsten composite powder and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain composite powder with uniform chemical composition and volume fraction by using liquid slurry containing a dispersant. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing spherical tungsten composite powder comprises the steps of: mixing tungsten and carbide particles at a predetermined weight fraction to prepare liquid slurry, spraying and drying the liquid slurry, and heat-treating the composite powder. A dispersant is added at a predetermined weight fraction to the liquid slurry. |
