An air conditioner is provided to control the height of a display part along a front surface of a main body by a mounting part formed with a concave and convex portion, thereby improving the convenience of use. An air conditioner includes a main body having a cabinet(30), a front panel(60) and a display part, wherein either one of the cabinet or the front panel has a mounting part(70) for detachably mounting the display part at the controllable height. The mounting part has a concave and convex portion(74) in the vertical direction. The display has a display casing(110), a bracket(120) mounted to the display casing, and a lever(130) mounted to the bracket and having a protrusion(132) to be restrained at a side of the concave and convex portion in the vertical direction or released from the concave and convex portion. |
