PURPOSE: Backlight unit and liquid crystal display device module are provided to reduce manufacturing cost and to have excellent image quality by further having a separate diffusion sheet having a reflector uniformly diffusing incident light in between a light emitting diode (LED) package and an existing diffusion sheet without an aspherical LED lens. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display device module consists of a backlight unit including a liquid crystal panel (100) displaying an image, an LED package (120) providing light to the liquid crystal display and et cetera, a guide panel (150) making the same into a module and a driving unit (115) for control. The backlight unit includes a plurality of light sources, a first diffusion sheet (130) arranged in an upper part of the light source, emitting incident light by diffusing, diffusing focused light according to a location of the light source with a plurality of light reflectors (135) formed, a second diffusion sheet (140) diffusing and collimating the light emitted from the first diffusion sheet and a reflective plate arranged in a lower part of the light source and reflecting the incident light upward.
