FCRN SPECIFIC HUMAN ANTIBODY AND COMPOSITION FOR TREATMENT OF AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES

PURPOSE: An FcRn-specific antibody is provided to reduce the amount of auto-antibodies in serum by non-rival bond with IgG to FcRn, and to treat and diagnose autoimmune diseases. CONSTITUTION: A heavy chain variable region of an FcRn-specific antibody contains CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 in one amino acid sequence selected from sequence numbers 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16, or a heavy chain variable region has 90% or more sequence homology with the heavy chain variable region. A light chain variable region of FcRn-specific antibody contains CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 in one amino acid sequence selected from sequence numbers 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, and 32, or a light chain variable region has 90% or more sequence homology with the light chain variable region. A recombinant expression vector contains the polynucleotide sequence. A host cell is transformed with the recombinant expression vector.
