The mounting bar 1 is characterised in that the head 3 is configured with a lateral protrusion 8 extending from a side of the head 3 to engage with a tapered or stepped portion of the aperture passing between the upper surface of the top plate to its lower surface. The protrusion 8 is dimensioned such that it is larger than the cross-sectional area of the shaft 2 of the mounting bar 1.
