ABSTRACT - 596889 Disclosed herein is a use of a compound of formula (Id) e.g. 1-(Benzo[d][1,3]dioxol-5-yl)-N-(2-(2-methyl-4-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)butan-2-yl)-1H-indol-5-yl)cyclopropanecarboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for treating or lessening the severity of male infertility or pancreatic insufficiency, wherein the variables R1, R2, A, B and n shown in formula (Id) are as defined in the specification.
