The system has a fascia (P) with a hook shaped unit (1) engaged in a port (L) of a bracket (F) of a chassis (C) and cooperated with a snap lock forming unit (2). The snap lock forming unit is movable between a retracted position for mounting and dismounting of the fascia and the chassis and an active position for attaching the fascia and the chassis under a control of an actuating unit (3) e.g. pneumatic jack. The unit (2) has a locking catch slidingly moving in a slide of a plate (7) against solicitation of an elastic unit under the action of connecting rod (11).
