PURPOSE: A stretching and bending apparatus is provided to prevent the wrinkles and buckling generated on the bent inside as high-strength shaped beams are stretched and bent. CONSTITUTION: A stretching and bending apparatus(10) comprises a bending die(20), a bending mold(30), rotary units(40), and a stretching unit(50). A hinge frame(21) is installed in the central rear side of the bending die. The bending mold is installed in the center one side of the bending die. The rotary units are installed between each side of the bending die and hinge frame. The rotary table(43) of the rotary unit is rotated around a rotary shaft(41). The stretching unit is installed in the rotary table, and pulls shaped beams at predetermined pressure. |
