<p>OF THE DISCLOSURE TANDEM SOLAR CELL AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME The present disclosure provides a tandem solar cell and a production method thereof. The tandem solar cell includes a substrate, a transparent conductive oxide layer, a top p-i-n structure, a bottom p-i-n structure, a stress inducing layer and a back metal layer which are stacked in sequence. Theio stress inducing layer on the bottom p-i-n structure induces tensile strain of the bottom p-i-n structure, so that the band gap of the I-type layer of the bottom p-i-n structure is reduced, the absorbing wavelength range and the carrier mobility of the tandem solar cell are increased, the resistance is reduced, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell is improved.</p> |
