PURPOSE: A refining method of a metal silicon is provided to remove impurities in a liquid metal silicon by melting a part of a solid metal silicon and enabling the liquid metal silicon to flow to the outside of the solid metal silicon. CONSTITUTION: A refining method of a metal silicon comprises a step of heating a solid metal silicon to melt a part thereof (S100); a step of maintaining the metal silicon in a semi-solid state (S110); a step of forming a vacuum condition and removing impurities in the liquid metal silicon (S120); a step of solidifying the liquid metal silicon by cooling the metal silicon, and washing the surface of the solid metal silicon.
