PURPOSE: An extraction molding concrete heat insulation panel and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to improve heat insulation performance by adding plenty of ultralight microhollow filler. CONSTITUTION: An extraction molding concrete heat insulation panel is prepared by including 35-40 parts by weight of water per 100 parts by weight of a concrete composition. The concrete composition includes 20.0-59.0 weight% of cement, 32.3-42.6 weight% of an inorganic material, 8.2-20.0 weight% of ultralight microhollow filler, 0.3-16.6 weight% of mineral fiber, and 0.2-0.8 weight% of a thickener. The inorganic material is one selected from silica, wollastonite, and sand of 30-60 mesh. The ultralight microhollow filler is a hollow bead of particle size of 5-150 micrometers coated with surface repellent or is mixed with perlite of particle size of 0.5-3 mm. The bead is one selected from a glass bead, a cenosphere bead, and a perlite-based bead. The surface repellent is silane or a silicon-based silane compound.
