Compounds of Formula (I) are described in which Ris a phenyl group or a naphthyl group, optionally substituted for one or a plurality of atoms or groups; X is 1 to 4 substituents, identical to or different from each other and selected from halogen, (C-C)alkyl, halo(C-C)alkyl, (C-C)alcoxy, the (C-C)alkyl capable of being substituted for or hydroxyl group; Rand R, independently of each other, represent a hydrogen atom or a (C-C)alkyl group, this group being optionally substituted for an Rf group; Rand X may form, together with the carbon atoms carrying them, a carbon ring of 5 to 7 carbon atoms; Ris a hydrogen atom, a (C-C)alkyl group optionally substituted for an Rf group, as a base or salt having an acid added. The invention is used in therapy and in synthesis methods. |
