PURPOSE: An installing structure of a steering wheel horn plate bolt holder for a vehicle is provided to accurately fasten a bolt and to shorten an assembly time by improving assemblability. CONSTITUTION: An installing structure of a steering wheel horn plate bolt holder for a vehicle comprises the following steps: inserting the front end of a bolt(1) by forming a hole(3b) in the center part of a holder installation part(3a) which is formed by partially bending a horn plate; forming a guide groove(2b) inside a lateral protrusion part(2a) protruded at both sides of a bolt holder(2); arranging the bolt holder in the holder installation part and protruding an upper protrusion part(2c) in the front side of the bolt holder; forming a slope part(2d) inside the lateral protrusion part of the bolt holder; and joining both sides of the holder installation part to the guide groove by closely attaching both sides of the holder installation part to the slope part for pushing the bolt holder.
