<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply sequence having no effect of a variation or a device state on start/stop by controlling both of a device and a power supply circuit, thereby to achieve device reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a device 10 requiring a power supply sequence; a power supply circuit 30 for supplying electric power to the device 10; a start/stop control circuit 20 for controlling start/stop; and an adjustment circuit 50 that receives a control signal from the start/stop control circuit 20 and adjusts an output voltage.
