PURPOSE: A motor-driven compressor for a vehicle is provided to improve assembling property of the compressor by adjusting the outer diameter of a rotary shaft and the inner diameter of a rotor and prevent vibration and noise caused by assembly error by maintaining assembling state firmly. CONSTITUTION: A motor-driven compressor for a vehicle is composed of a housing, a motor, and a rotary shaft(130). The motor supplies driving force for compressing refrigerant. The motor comprises a rotor(112b) and a stator. The stator is fixed in a motor chamber in the housing. The rotor is installed to be rotated in the stator. The rotary shaft is coupled with the rotor and transfers the torque of the rotor to a rotation scroll. The rotary shaft is inserted in the rotor through heat-indentation and the interference quantity(R1-R2) caused by the outer diameter(R1) of the rotary shaft and the inner diameter(R2) of the rotor is larger than R1×0.01%. |
