PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for welding high silicon electrical steels with excellent formability of a welding part are provided to reduce brittle and to prevent fracture generating in joint parts by refining the grain of the joint parts in a post-heat treatment process and a process for pressing at a predetermined temperature. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for welding high silicon electrical steels with excellent formability of a welding part comprises a welding unit(130), a post-heating unit(120), and a pressing unit. The welding unit welds a joint part of a leading and a following steel sheet consecutively and successively supplied. The welding unit comprises a high density heating source welding unit. The post-heating unit is installed in the rear end of the welding unit to post-process the welded joint part. The pressing unit is installed in the rear end of the post-heating unit to press the joint part. The post-heating unit heats the joint part at 850-1100°C. The pressing machine presses after the joint part cooled to 600-800°C. |
