The edge of the previous conical surface has electrical contact with the edge of the next conical surface, and the outermost edges of both composite cones are connected to edges of corresponding metal-coated spherical surfaces and have electrical contact; further, each composite cone includes M-1 metal-coated annular spherical surfaces. The vertices of all straight truncated conical surfaces are superimposed.
