PURPOSE: A producing method of fermented marine products using an enzymatic fermentation technique is provided to mix complex enzyme liquid with the marine products for storing the marine products for a long time without using preservatives. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented marine products using an enzymatic fermentation technique comprises the following steps: mixing 5kg of marine products with enzyme liquid containing 25g of complex enzyme liquid and 125g of purified water, and stirring the mixture in a vacuum tumbler at 5 deg. C for 10 minutes; and fermenting the marine products at 15-18 deg. C for 12 hours. The marine products are selected from hairtail, mackerel, octopus, cuttlefish, or other marine products. |
