FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to metal constructions, applied in traumatology. Device consists of transosseous elements and is represented by coupled central part with differently directed external thread, ball-shaped hinge, four bolts and two large nuts and two monolithic peripheral parts from bushing with internal thread and flat part with longitudinal slot, intended for fixation of transosseous rods on brackets and small nuts from the set of Ilizarov's apparatus in it.EFFECT: invention ensures increased efficiency and reduction of terms for treatment of patients with fractures of long tubular bones.4 dwg |
