<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the abnormal heat generation state when a foreign object enters between a movable contact and a fixed contact to generate heat. <P>SOLUTION: A switch device 10 includes: fixed contacts 17, 18 immovably provided, movable contacts 201, 202 which are movably provided and separate from or move close to the fixed contacts 17, 18 when moving; an operation mechanism 13 receiving the operation force and moving the movable contacts 201, 202; and thermal expansion members 24 which are provided around the fixed contacts 17, 18 and receive heat of a temperature equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature to expand and penetrate between the fixed contact 17 and the movable contact 201 and between the fixed contact 18 and the movable contact 202. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
