PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing biodegradable fiber, a manufacturing method thereof, a kit device using the same, and a using method thereof are provided to manufacture a poly para-dioxanone, which has excellent biocompatibility, from a high purity para-dioxanone. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing biodegradable fiber comprises a step of conducting distillation in a vacuum state of 10^-4 - 10^-2 torr after crystallization of p-dioxanone generated from a dehydration reduction of diethylene glycol; a step of manufacturing poly p-dioxanone by mixing polyethylene glycol and at least one of para-dioxanone, carprolactone, trimethylene carbonate, and glycolide; a step of preparing yarn with a particle diameter of 50-100 μm by drying the poly para-dioxanone; and a step of elongating the yarn 5-10 times by using an infrared light source. |
