<p>The invention relates to personal use items, and specifically, to manicuring and pedicuring cutters and accessories. The technical result arising from the use of the claimed device of the technical solution consists in increasing sanitary and hygienic safety on account of the disposable use of the instrument, owing to reducing the metal content and cost thereof by simplifying the design and the manufacturing technology and by the use of non-metallic materials. The disposable instrument for manicures and pedicures consists of two double-arm levers having a long and a short arm and areas therebetween, by which the double-arm levers are coupled to each other and are connected in an articulated manner by means of a spindle which is formed from metal or from rigid plastic and is perpendicular to the areas, with the possibility of an angular mutual movement of the double-arm levers in one plane. The two double-arm levers are formed from plastic with a longitudinal cavity which is covered by a flat crosspiece based on the thickness of the lever or is in the form of a double-sided extrusion on each lever at the location of connection of the levers to each other, with the formation of the above-mentioned areas with the spindle for the articulated connection of said levers, and the above-mentioned cutting elements are formed from metal and are non-detachably fixed to nipper parts, wherein resilient metal or plastics elements are mounted between the handles mentioned and are fixed to the latter. The cutting element is connected to the levers by an adhesive substance or by a thermal bond, with irregularities being formed on the cutting-element parts coupled to the levers. In a basic alternative, the resilient element is in the form of a resilient arcuate plate which is fixed by the ends to the handles.
