Device consists of unit that provides for abutment of folded aerodynamic surfaces to aircraft (AC) body and actuating latching mechanism, which is connected to unit that provides for abutment of folded aerodynamic surfaces to body of aircraft with the possibility of disconnection. Unit consists of the first engagement element, which is located on wingtip of external aerodynamic surface and the second engagement element, which is connected with its one end to the first engagement element, and with its other end it is connected to actuating latching mechanism. Fixed aerodynamic surface is arranged with part on wingtip that projects in direction of swing, effect of which at aerodynamic characteristics is minimum. Fast action and synchronism are increased in opening of folded aerodynamic surfaces pairs due to application of single actuating latching mechanism for both pairs at minimum deterioration of AC aerodynamic characteristics. ^ EFFECT: increased fast action and synchronism in opening of folded aerodynamic surfaces pairs due to application of single actuating latching mechanism for both pairs at minimum deterioration of AC aerodynamic characteristics. ^ 3 cl, 5 dwg
